SMS, Calls, and Electronic Communications Terms

1. Program Description

When you provide a telephone number or email address and give any required consent, Hemekedeal Realty, LLC may send communications about your inquiry, requested properties, appointments, showings, listing alerts, transaction updates, customer service, and, if separately authorized, marketing or promotional information.

2. Consent and Automated Technology

Where disclosed at the point of collection, calls or texts may be sent using automated technology or an artificial or prerecorded voice. Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You may contact us through other available methods.

3. Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your requests and activity. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s terms apply.

4. Opt Out and Help

Reply STOP to a text message to opt out of messages from that program. We may send one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help or contact [[email protected]] or [VERIFY OFFICIAL PHONE]. We will process revocation requests within the time required by applicable law.

5. Supported Carriers and Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network availability and is not guaranteed.

6. Eligibility and Number Ownership

You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally able to consent. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the telephone number provided and will notify us if the number changes or is reassigned.

7. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties for their own unrelated marketing, except as required to provide the messaging service, comply with law, or as otherwise disclosed and permitted.

8. Changes

We may modify or discontinue a messaging program. Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
