15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEMEKEDEAL AND ITS OWNERS, BROKERS, AGENTS, PERSONNEL, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON WEBSITE CONTENT, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, SECURITY INCIDENTS, OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE. TO THE EXTENT LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM WEBSITE USE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US SPECIFICALLY FOR ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply. Any permitted court proceeding relating to the website shall be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Rhode Island, unless applicable law requires another forum.
18. Severability and No Waiver
If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

We may update these Terms. The “Last Updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
